So, the Good Cop Bad Cop conspiracy? Onorato, bad cop, takes the heat for 'getting tough' with the Port Authority showing Pennsylsippi republicans that he took a stand to reduce public budget, etc. Rendell, good cop, comes in to save the day with state money. Onorato gives Rendell opportunity to gain political capital and Rendell promises to endorse Onorato for governor when he runs. Very interesting perspective. I'll buy it.
